Corporate, financial & operational resilience, in the face of a risk spectrum now including COVID-19, is one of AMP7’s four key themes alongside: innovation; customer service; & affordability. Ofwat’s incentivisation mechanism materially rewards companies demonstrating significant service level outperformance. The best performers can build on existing skills & capabilities. But how can the majority aspire to join them whilst avoiding underperformance penalties?

Achieving resilience, founded on risk management capability, is not difficult in principle but requires strategic focus & long-term commitment. Utilising regulatory inspired knowledge sharing, and international best practice, organisations can make rapid strides in performance improvement. However, equipping an organisation & workforce to join, or remain in, the significant outperformers’ cohort will require continual learning, innovation & attendant risk.

With early AMP7 performances beginning to crystallise, Learning & Development Associates invite you to join a FREE NETWORKING WEBINAR. This will explore regulatory expectations of organisations’ risk and resilience capabilities and opportunities for individual players to raise or maintain their performance.

Topics Covered

  • Resilience – a key theme in AMP7
  • Competence impacts on Outcome Performance Commitments
  • Developing an enterprise-wide risk management capability
  • Developing and demonstrating workforce competence
