Satisfaction with value for money among water customers has increased to a five year high according to CCWater’s annual ‘Water Matters’ survey

More than three-quarters of customers are now reporting satisfaction for both water and sewerage services, an improvement of 5% since 2011.

The survey also found that customer satisfaction with the quality of their tap water and sewerage services remains very high, at 93% and 91% respectively.

Average bills for water and wastewater customers are set to fall by around 5% in real terms between 2015 and 2020 and water companies are allocating millions of pounds of funding each year to help customers struggling to pay their bills.
