Watertrain, an RSK Group company, has announced the first of a series of open courses starting from September 2023 for the Level 4 Asset Manager Apprenticeship Standard.

Following the launch of the Level 4 Asset Manager Apprenticeship Standard last year, Watertrain became the first provider to deliver this programme and is now able to extend the availability of this unique qualification anyone seeking to develop their asset management knowledge and skills.

The first open cohort will start in September 2023 so organisations interested in upskilling their staff in this area can now register. The programme is also suitable for new entrants to a role where asset management may be an a constituent part.

The Level 4 Asset Management Apprenticeship is an employer-developed standard, so ensuring it meets the needs of employers in multiple sectors and those working in asset management roles. Organisations involved in its development include Anglian Water, Northumbrian Water, Environment Agency, National Grid and Network Rail.

Watertrain is currently the only provider delivering the Level 4 Asset Manager Apprenticeship Standard, and as the predominant provider of high-quality technical training, apprenticeships and qualifications to the water utility sector, Watertrain is very well-placed to provide this specialist provision. Watertrain is supported by other RSK companies, Binnies and the Woodhouse Partnership, who have a recognized pedigree in asset management consultancy and training.
