Southern Water have launched a new website as part of their commitment to continuously improve customer services.

The website gives customers easy access to key information as well as greater control of their accounts online.

With a focus on usability and accessibility, the new website offers an intuitive interface that allows customers to easily engage with essential services from bill payments to issue reporting. Each journey on the website has been designed collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth experience for customers whilst driving operational efficiencies for the organisation.

The website was  designed and developed by digital agency Mediaworks, who have worked with Southern Water on multiple projects to help deliver their commitment to driving positive change in the sector.
